Fire Facilities:
Fire Fighting System: The company's existing fire protection facilities include 4 fire pumps, 2 pressure pumps, 1 make-up pump, 2 fire water tanks with a total of 8000 cubic meters, 4 fire-fighting foam stations, and 46 tons of water-film resistant foam fire extinguishing agent. There are 218 portable and cart-type fire-fighting equipment. At the forefront of the terminal, there are 4 remote fire-fighting water cannons and foam guns, 4 mobile fire cannons and 2 water curtain walls.
Surveillance System:A total of 65 cameras were installed in the reservoir area and the terminal, including 16 terminals and 49 reservoir areas.
Alarm System:The company installed 42 manual alarm buttons, including 10 docks and 32 reservoir areas.
Power Systems: The company has an independent high-voltage power distribution room, dual-loop power supply, and is equipped with a 1100kw diesel generator set.
Lighting System: The dock platform has 3 lighthouses and 8 lighting platforms. A total of 22 1000W, 16 450W metal halide lamps and 10 250W street lamps are installed. A total of 250W high-pressure sodium lamps are installed in the fire-fighting channel of the reservoir area, and 110W explosion-proof high-pressure sodium lamps are installed in 4 pump rooms. Water supply system:The water used in our port facilities mainly includes fire water and domestic water.
There are two main sources of fire water: One is from the adjacent central river with a water storage capacity of 300,000 cubic meters, and the other is two fire-fighting water tanks with a total of 8,000 cubic meters.
Life water supply system: The domestic water and a small amount of production water in the reservoir area are provided by the water supply pipe network of the development zone, and the water supply pipe diameter of the access zone is DN80. The water inlet at the forefront of the terminal provides domestic water supply to the arriving vessels.
Environmental Protection facilities:
Sewage Treatment station: The combined process is suitable for port chemical wastewater (medium and low concentration), and the treatment effect is ideal. At present, our sewage station has the ability to treat sewage to a level of COD ≤ 90mg / L, to meet local sewage discharge standards.
